Step-by-step to Golden Curry Udon... Yummy! :P


The ingredients preparations...


Fried the diced onions...

Add in Diced Carrots and Potatoes...


Fried till fragrant...


Add hot water and let the veg cook till half soft...


Lower heat and add in Golden Curry Cubes to taste... simmer further


In the Plump Udon goes...


Lightly stir fry and blend in, maintaining low heat...


Follows by the Seafood...


Mix well, making sure the Seafood is cooked, but not overcooked... use a Wok Cover if necessary...


Topped with additional topping if desired...


Served hot and enjoy :)
