The stall is managed by a Hongkonger Couple, the Chef actually wears a Chef Hat, which are usually worn by Chefs in those posh restaurants
Mild black-peppered Succulent Chicken Char Siew slices... Crunchy Prawn in lightly-chillied Tomato Sauce... serve with savoury Chilli Sauce by the side... nothing even comes close
