2nd Visit: Ippudo (一風堂) @ Mandarin Gallery :D...

Second outlet branch will be opening soon... there are plans to have up to five branches here. So better try it before their standard drop and the Nihon-jin chefs go back to Japan... more is better? think again...

Dressed for success... the two Nihon-jin chefs...

The only Ramen outlet in town that is so posh... not even in Japan...

Ramen manga pin-ups further enhanced the cool dining experience... nice :)

Taste so gooooood! Hope that you can stop at one heheh...

Chashu Rice... looks ordinary, but taste awesome!!! A die die muz try item...

Shiromaru Tamago Ramen... it's pretty good, but is no where close to best one below...

Akamaru Tamago Ramen... still probably the ultimate bowl of Ramen in town!!! Try it and you will be hooked for sure :D

Heartily wholesome layered soupbase... perfectly braised and melt in your mouth pork slices... the egg, however is a little afterthought, not really up to the defacto standard yet...

Hakata style thin noodles cooking time is inconsistent from bowl to bowl, make sure you tell the waiter / waitess that you want your noodles to be 'springy'... or 'not too soft'... superb biting texture when you do that... of course, some will prefer theirs soft...

The noodles refill always seems to be better, aka more 'springy' than those that are already in your main bowl... simply because the noodles in your main bowl continues to 'cook' when they are serve to you, thus the softer texture than preferred...

Important Note: Don't bother to try other items other than the above mentioned, so they taste bad, yes... bad and definitely not worth the extra dough from you. You have been warned!!!
